1. What is the diagnosis?
There is a small right pleural effusion located posteriorly. This would be seen more clearly on soft tissue window.

2. What is the diagnosis?
This is a normal chest CT. The size of the bronchi and pulmonary vessels are within normal limits.

This is bilateral pulmonary fibrosis. Note the honeycombing pattern (more on the left side anteriorly), and the reticular shadowing (more on the right lung posteriorly).
